Barrier Systems LLC is a company based out of Kula, Hawaii and was brought to life by Joe Hartley after seeing the devastating flooding in Fargo, North Dakota in 2009. This major flood event inspired him to create a system that would utilize hydraulic technology to replace hand labor drastically reducing the time, labor and associated cost with the time sensitive need of emergency flood control.
The SandMaster is an implement that attaches to a skid steer, front end loader, excavator or extendable reach fork lift that quickly fills, transports, securely closes and places multiple sandbags at or near the area of need. This is an ideal system for filling and placing sandbags for emergency flood control and response or any use where sandbags are needed.
