EXHIBIT AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

With the sales and marketing campaign now underway, opportunities to exhibit on the IDCE2013 Expo Floor as well as sponsor programs during IDCE will be closing fast.   There are limited opportunities available.  With this in mind, organizations who are interested in displaying products and services, or promoting their organization at IDCE should begin securing exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities NOW.   These limited opportunities are limited in supply.
 
Exhibit space is available on the IDCE2013 Expo Floor for $27 per NSF purchased ($23 per NSF for returning IDCE2012 exhibitors and sponsors).  All information regarding exhibit and sponsorship opportunities are available online at http://www.internationaldisasterconference.com/expo.html
 
DON’T MISS THE FAST 50 OPPORTUNITY!  Be one of the first 50 exhibitors or sponsors to sign up for IDCE2013 and receive amazing, effective, results-driven marketing from IDCE Show Management. The first 50 organizations submitting approved applications to exhibit or sponsor in IDCE2013 will receive the following:

•    Special E-Blast to the IDCE database of nearly 20,000 subscribers regarding your organization's participation and promotion of your location on the show floor

IDCE2013 CONFERENCE IS FREE TO GOVERNMENT SECTOR! If you work as a government employee in ANY capacity, the conference registration fees are waived during the registration process. GSA Hotel Rates are available at ALL IDCE2012 properties.
 
Cost to Private Sector: $300 Full Conference Registration. This registration fee includes all events taking place at IDCE2013 over 3 days.
 
Registration for IAEM CEM Exam Prep Course and Exam are separate from IDCE. Registration fees are applicable by IAEM. IDCE Full Conference Registration Fees will be waived for registrants taking the CEM Prep Course and Exam through IAEM (onsite sessions scheduled at IDCE only).
