Sun Coast’s product lines include a wide array of petroleum products including gasoline, ultra low sulfur diesel fuel, marine diesel, jet fuel, avgas, kerosene and a full line of Chevron, Total and Mystik lubrication products. Sun Coast has a modern, proprietary fleet of over 1,000 to serve its customers with prompt and reliable delivery service 24/7/365. Sun Coast Resources’ Emergency Fuel Response division is trained and experienced with over 40 storm responses to date. Recently, Sun Coast had a total of 200 fuel trucks, tanks, pumps, totes, spill equipment, and related equipment responding to the vehicle and generator needs of its customers during Hurricane Sandy. The emergency fuel response team included over 250 workers, drivers, service technicians, accountants, dispatchers, contract administrators, managers, safety personnel, travel specialists, marketing representatives, sales support, invoicing/billing, and supply specialist personnel in the Northeast. Sun Coast made deliveries across 5 states and delivered more than a million gallons of fuel to those in need, including government agencies, retail stores, hospitals, nursing homes, communication, environmental and restoration companies.

According to Kyle Lehne, Sun Coast’s Vice President of Emergency Response, “we plan all year long to put in place emergency plans with our customers should a storm happen. When customers have pre-planning strategies, protocols, contracts, credits applications, and contact information already in place, it makes the operation seamless for all concerned.” For more information on how your company can be prepared prior to a storm, please visit www.emergencyfuel.net.
