We have been notified that a company known as “Trade Show Housing” (www.TSHousing.com) has been contacting exhibitors, speakers, and previous attendees of IDCE falsely claiming to represent IDCE Event Management, offering "opportunities" to secure housing in New Orleans for IDCE2013.

This company is NOT AFFILIATED with IDCE in any capacity. This company appears to be offering hotel rates which are not competitive to those secured by IDCE Show Management for IDCE attendees. In addition (and most troubling), this company wants you to sign an agreement authorizing service charges, hidden fees, and a 30% cancellation policy on all reservations.

If you are contacted by a representative of this company, DO NOT provide any financial information, and PLEASE forward this information to IDCE Event Management. Please remember that unfortunately, there are event scavengers out there who prey on the events industry.

If you are contacted by any service provider claiming to represent IDCE, please verify the legitimacy of these suppliers by checking the IDCE Web site (www.idce2013.com) or contacting show management directly at 404-496-6257 or by e-mailing showmanagement@idce2013.com. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause and want you to know we are working through all available channels to ensure this matter is resolved.
